SUMMARY:
A solid story outline is the foundation of a good story — a skeleton that can be as loose or as solid as a creator would need to tell their own particular stories.
My Brainstorm and Outlining Services are put in place to help clients get the foundation of the story they want to tell done before going off on their merry way to do as they want with the blueprints so to speak. This service is best suited for clients who don’t need their entire series and/or their book ghostwritten, per se, but would appreciate help in getting their ideas off the ground into a tangible, structured format.
This in-depth outlining process is usually done w/ fiction/fictionalized stories, but I’m open to non-fiction as well!

༺✿༻BASIC SERVICE INFORMATION༺✿༻
With my own Brainstorm and Outlining Services, I provide the client with a large outlining document including but not limited to:
- Brainstorm Section — Getting down to your story’s why and what ingredients ignited that initial story idea in the first place. This section includes: a Character Matrix (who the cast list of characters is and how they interact w/ each other and the plot), Setting and Places the Story Would Be In (any plot-relevant landmarks and story setting details) and Events that Are Needed to Tell the Story (any plot details that are important to the story itself).
- Plot Outline Section— Once the core drive, ideas, characters, and events are pulled together, the client and I work together to build a plot! This is a sequence of events to best tell a solid story with. Any other small plot details, desired themes, and everything else is also discussed during the plotting section.
- Worldbuilding Development Questionaire: In which the client and I will take the time to build the world their story takes place in. Includes town history, any relevant recent events, world climate/weather conditions, as well as any other important background information such as food, housing, government and religion that can add a special dash of spice to making the story setting feel more real. (OPTIONAL FUN: Willing to sketch a world map on request!)

༺✿༻SERVICE PROCESS(ES)༺✿༻
Process
Here’s my usual process with these kinds of projects:
⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤**✿❀○❀✿**⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤
Initial Conversation: This is a service call/text conversation where the client and I will discuss the project specifics ie. format, deliverables, timeline, deadlines, project specifics, and anything else the client would need project-wise. This is usually done through a Discord (that is recorded with the client’s consent) but I’m also open to a phone call, email correspondence, or Zoom call.
— (After the first deposit payment) —
1) Brainstorming — we gather information and get a general feel down for the work we’d like to create for the project (after the first deposit has gone through). This is usually done through a Discord (that is recorded with the client’s consent) but I’m also open to a phone call, email correspondence, or Zoom call.
2) Gathering references — with a general idea for the project down, we then set about gathering references to solidify the genre and best formatting decisions for the prose. Ie. For a ghostwriting project in which I write a mystery novel set in the 1970s, I might search for historical resources about the 1970s to get a feel for the era and sensibilities of the time.
3) Outlining — now that we have an idea of what kind of story we’d like to tell within both scopes of genre, audience, and prose, we form an outline and figure out how the book is going to go together cohesively.
⛤ For fiction projects: This includes world-building q&as, character sketches/evening out the roles of the cast, developing a plot outline and whatever else would be needed to bring the characters and world of the novel to life.
⛤ For non-fiction projects: We would focus on the story that the client aims to tell, developing solid themes to go with the type of story they’re telling, and outlining which life events would work best to highlight the subject and story.
— (After the final deposit payment) —
6) Submit — Submit the final project files in the requested formats to the client. The project is now complete.
