RULES & TERMS OF SERVICE
NOTE: All my creative services, commissions and/or freelance creative project prices are in USD.
Contact me through my Google commission order form, my contact form via my website or my email: thepoetjean@gmail.com to discuss the commission logistics. My turnaround dates for all commissions are dependent on the project scope & client needs, so exact timelines will be discussed during the initial project discussion (aka the project timeline can vary depending on the complexity of the piece).
More complex creative projects might have longer deadlines.
Commercial work must be discussed beforehand. Crediting me for my work comes standard.
Please, please, please have your ideas ready when you approach me for my creative services, commissions &/or freelance creative project! It’ll make things much easier for everyone involved. I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO TURN DOWN ANY COMMISSION W/ CONTENT I DON’T AGREE WITH. I AM AGAINST NFTs. ALL OF MY CREATIVE WORK BUT ESPECIALLY MY ARTWORK IS NOT TO BE MINTED FOR NFTs. I WILL NEVER WORK ON AN NFT PROJECT OR COMMISSION. I AM AGAINST NFTs. NO NFTs EVER (or Cryptoart/similar other scams, etc.) All creative services, commissions &/or freelance creative projects can be canceled at any time.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR ALL CREATIVE SERVICES, COMMISSIONS AND/OR FREELANCE CREATIVE PROJECTS:
50 PERCENT OF THE TOTAL COMMISSION PRICE IS EXPECTED UPFRONT. NON-NEGOTIABLE. (BARTERS/TRADES ARE ALSO ACCEPTABLE FORM OF PAYMENT ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS).

Compensation
Alternatively, I also accept Venmo and Cashapp payments, but please don’t send payment before the commission is confirmed and the invoice is written up and finalized. Again, I have every right to turn down any commission &/or freelance creative project that makes me uncomfortable.
